  Swapped a 'regular' gym, for fortitude as I'd known josh for a while and wanted a change to my training as frankly I was getting bored..... Best decision I've made in ages!
  
  Josh and Tina make every session work hard for you, whatever your level/experience/history, are always patient when coaching you on new things and somehow make it all fun!
  
  I have also made lots of new friends with people who I may never have crossed paths with normally, everybody is welcoming and supportive which helps you feel 'at home', they will also have a laugh when you completely wipe out! As it should be�
  
  4 months in and I feel better, and enjoy training again, they even got me skipping�

  This place is amazing!
  I have tried several places to work out over the years but never stuck at it...
  This is more than a Gym it's a place you always want to be, everyone looks out for each other and it's such a fantastic community vibe and actually fun to work out when your there EVERY TIME!

  Amazing trainers who do everything in their power to help you get the results you're fighting for. This is the only gym I know of to share so much positivity and support between it's members. I had never enjoyed exercise/going to the gym until now, so this is the first time I have been consistent and my goals are achievable!
